Representing creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy procedures, judicial management, and company wind-ups, he skillfully handles intricate financial conflicts. He is highly analytical, and helps clients on viable legal options, whether through restructuring, voluntary liquidation, or court-ordered insolvency. Mr Shankar, together with his team, also handles claims against financial institutions from loss. In a recent matter, our client suffered a loss from investment in a financial institution and we managed to successfully sue and mediate and settle the matter.
Mr Shankar has also represented clients in airline injury cases, including claims arising involving in-flight accidents, turbulence-related injuries, and airline liability disputes. His expertise covers regulatory compliance, passenger rights, and litigation against airlines and aviation entities.
